WEDDING ACCESSORIES 

1.       What designers do you stock?
The internationally acclaimed designers we stock are for our Bridal Shoe range, and are: ‘Rainbow Club’, ‘Bella Belle Shoes’ and ‘The Perfect Bridal Company’.

 

2.       Can I dye/customised my wedding shoes after I get married?
Absolutely! ‘The Rainbow Club’ offers a free dying service after weddings to all brides who have bought ivory Rainbow Club dyeable shoes. (Brides can choose from: Black, Champagne, Navy, Wild Fuschia, Pale Grey).

 

3.       Do you sell products for wedding guests?
Yes! At AW&AB we don’t just cater for the Bride, we also stock products suitable for wedding guests and Mother of the Bride/Groom outfits such as: fascinators; formal hats; occasion shoes; clutch bags.

 

4.       Do you sell bridal cover ups?
We sell Ostrich feather boleros and shrugs in various colours and in different styles – they’re simply beautiful!

 

5.       Do you stock toppers?

We don’t just stock feather cover ups, we also sell elegant cover ups such as our ‘Organza and Lace jacket’ cover up. 


VISITING THE ‘BRIDAL BOUTIQUE’

1.       Where are you located?
You can find us in Norton Village, Stockton High Street, above Café Maison.

2.       Do I need an appointment to visit?
Yes. We only open our store to customers who have secured an appointment.

3.       Do you charge for appointments?
No. All appointments are free.

4.       Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
You don’t need to bring anything to your appointment if you don’t feel it’s necessary. However, if (for instance) you have your wedding dress and would like to bring it to a veil fitting, then contact us prior to your appointment so that we can organise the appropriate arrangements.    

5.       Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel your appointment. However, we would appreciate it if you could contact us prior to the date so that we can make the time available to another client.

 

6.       How long does an appointment usually take?
Depending on the nature of the appointment, they can take anywhere between 40 – 90 minutes.

7.       Is everything on the website available in store?
Not all of our online stock is available to try on/view instore. If there’s a particular product that you would like us to have ready for your appointment, then please contact us prior to the date so that we can ensure it is available to you.


 

ORDERS/RETURNS 

1.       Do you accept international orders?
We do post products internationally. If you have any concerns, contact us online.

2.       How long will my item take to arrive?
Depending on the product, your product could take anywhere between a day and a fortnight before it’s ready for you to collect.

3.       I’m not sure if my payment has been processed, can you help?
If you’re unsure as to whether your payment has been processed, simply contact us and we’ll be able to inform you.

4.       How do I return an item to you?
Simply post the order back to our original address:
